“Working at AAKO is very dynamic. I have a lot of contact with people at other companies all over the world. You will have to deal with different cultures and the associated challenges. There is a different approach that works best for each culture. You learn new things every day, both from your colleagues and from suppliers or customers.

After I completed my International Business & Languages course, I started at AAKO quite quickly. A choise that I am still very happy with. You will work in a close team, in which you know where you stand and what you have together. People dare to be critical at each other, without this being perceived as annoying. This way you keep each other sharp, and the customer satisfied. We work hard to achieve this, but of course there is always time for fun.”
