Our new order administrator

We are growing with AAKO and that means that we also hired new people last year to answer the growing demands. Just over a month ago, Kim Hagen joined us as order administrator in our Cosmetics (Sun Care and Personal & Hair Care) department. For an ambitious lady, she holds a challenging position with plenty of opportunities to expand.

Kim studied HBO Tourism and has several years of experience in the tourism industry. This is far removed from the chemical industry, but has one very important common denominator. Namely, serving customers, so that they are satisfied with the service you provide as a company! Customer satisfaction is therefore not foreign to Kim!

Experience in chemistry
Before joining AAKO, Kim worked in sales at two other chemical service providers. She has brought her experience to AAKO where she works on both the purchasing and sales side of all processes within AAKO. When the contracts are signed by our sales managers and the products are purchased, they have to be transported from the supplier to our customers. Provided with all the required paperwork. Close contact with both our suppliers and our customers is a plus! Kim explains: “This means that I am partly responsible for the processing of the orders and the logistics, other colleagues in the office know all the specifications of our products.”

The future
Kim continues: “I found a nice challenging position at AAKO; I enjoy going to work. AAKO has a nice team and I feel comfortable in that team. It’s a bit more difficult now that not everyone works at the office. But hopefully that will change soon!
