Jarocol Blue 12 is a dark yellow powder composed of 4-[N-ethyl-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-amino]-1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-amino-2- nitrobenzene monohydrochloride. The Jarocol Direct Dyes are suitable for semi-permanent formulations; this makes them ideal for use by consumers who are not ready to commit to a permanent colour.
