Polymeric dispersing additive in water
TiloSperse 6561 is part of our range of polymeric dispersants designed for improving colour development and stability of high standard water-based coatings and inks. It can also be used for the production of pigment concentrates for general industrial aqueous coating systems.
TiloSperse 6561 has excellent performance in metal oxide and high acidic carbon black dispersions. All the dispersants in this series are compatible with a wide range of binders including acrylic, epoxy, polyurethane and alkyd binders.

- Carbon black with strong acidic surface

Transparent iron oxide: 25-45%
Fumed silica: 50-120%
Acidic type carbon black, even: 40-140%
Anatase TiO2 and inorganic fillers for ceramics: 2.0-5.0%
TiloSperse 6561 should be dissolved in the mill-base before addition of the pigments.
The product should be stored in a cool dry place. For good processibility use at room temperature and mix well before use.
Shelf life in original unopened container: 2 years after production date.
