Description

TiloSperse 6464 is part of our range of polymeric dispersants designed for improving colour development and stability of high standard water-based coatings and inks. It can also be used for the production of pigment concentrates for general industrial aqueous coating systems.

TiloSperse 6464 is especially effective for high performance organic pigments providing more hiding power, colour strength and gloss. With TiloSperse 6464 more fillers can be added to achieve the same colour strength making the final formulations more cost effective. All the dispersants in this series are compatible with a wide range of binders including acrylic, epoxy, polyurethane and alkyd binders.

Recommended Dosage

Organic pigments: 30-75%
TiloSperse 6464 should be dissolved in the mill-base before addition of the pigments.

Storage

At temperatures below 0°C, turbidity and separation may occur. This does not influence product efficiency. For good processibility use at room temperature and mix well before use.

Shelf life in original unopened container: 2 years after production date.
