Polymeric dispersing additive
TiloSperse 5033 is produced via CFRP technology. It is designed for dispersing all high performance organic pigments in UV and solvent based systems. It is suitable for resin-free and resin-containing dispersions that are compatible with a variety of key binder resins and monomers.
TiloSperse 5033 has a higher Tg providing better scratch resistance of the final ink or coating.
TiloSperse 5033 features the following advantages:
- Increased scratch resistance
- Decrease mill-base viscosity
- Increase pigment loading
- Excellent flow properties
- High gloss
- Excellent colouristic properties
- Solvent based packaging inks
- Solvent borne inks
- UV inks
Inorganic pigments : 20-80%
Organic pigments: 20-80%
Carbon black: 20-110%
For solvent based inks the dosage depends on the specific surface area of selected pigment. TiloSperse 5033 should be dissolved in the mill-base resin or solvent before the addition of pigments.
The product should be stored in a cool dry place. For good processibility use at room temperature.
Shelf life in original unopened container: 5 years from production date.
