Titanium dioxide that act as an UVA/UVB filter with a broadspectrum. It gives a synergistic effect on the SPF in combination with organic UV filters i.e. AakoSun OCR (Octocrylene).

The AakoSun TiO2 SMT is coated with Simethicone (lipophilic surface) to be incorporated into the oil-phase. Easy dispersible in cosmetic oils and silicone oils.

Used in formulations like: sun care, baby sun care, daily skin care and decorative cosmetics with sun protection.
