Surfac CAT176 is a nominally 30% active aqueous solution of cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride used primarily for its excellent anti-static and softening properties in hair conditioners and rinses.

Used as hair conditioning agent, antistatic agent and detergent sanitiser.
