Nipaguard® IPP2 is a broad spectrum liquid preservative comprising a powerful fungicide in an antibacterial liquid carrier designed for preservation of a wide range of cosmetics and toiletries.

Nipaguard® IPP2 is effective against bacteria, molds and yeasts.The recommended use level of Nipaguard® IPP2 to preserve most product types is normally in the range of 0.6 - 0.9 % based on the total weight of the finished product.

pH stability
Nipaguard® IPP2 remains fully stable over a wide pH range from 4.5 - 8.5.

Temperature stability
Nipaguard® IPP2 should be incorporated during the cooling stage of hot processes. The recommended maximum handling temperature is 40 °C.
