Alkanolamine salt of an acylamidocarboxylic acid

Hostacor IT is used alone or in combination with other water-soluble corrosion inhibitors and lubricants in cutting and grniding fluids and in aqueous hydraulic systems.

The prefered application is machining of ferrous metals. Since Hostacor IT is a weakly aklaline alkanolamine salt, the addition of suitable inhibitors is recommended for the machining of non-ferrous metals and aluminium.
